Cleaning of Heat Recovery Steam Generator
(HRSG) boiler tubes remains one of
our most popular services. The removal
of debris from between the tube fins
significantly improves heat transfer
while lowering exhaust back-pressure.
The
increased efficiency can often pay
for the cleaning cost in two to
four weeks. We can clean horizontal
or vertical HRSG’s and as
few as one tube bundle or the entire
boiler depending on your individual
cleaning requirements. Typically,
our crew would start with the CO2
dry ice blast cleaning working from
the top down starting with the furthest
downstream tube bundle followed
by an air only blow down.
We
can provide access to the work areas
via sky climbers, scaffolding or
site specific decking depending
on the configuration of the HRSG.
